For the R theme, we follow the same structure. In general, students will get used to the routine after a few class sessions. Don’t worry too much if students don’t volunteer answers right away. Just briefly review the B theme using the ideas in the manual and introduce some observations about the mind: namely, that it generates thoughts all the time and that we’re largely unaware of that process. Invite students to explore this a bit more with you.
