After students learn a bit about stress from the hypothetical student in the case study story, the question ‘What are your stressors?” can be posed.
As is the case throughout the program, no personal information is elicited so that students don’t feel put on the spot. Instead, general stressors that adolescents experience are used in this activity. These can come directly from the ones students listed as their top 5 stressors, which were written anonymously and collected by the teacher at the end of the E lesson.

The same procedure for ‘The Line Up’ from the E theme can be used here to ask students to ‘cross the line’ if they’ve ever felt the stressors reported anonymously by the group. Alternatively, they can raise their hands or make some other gesture of agreement, like the thumbs up sign during virtual classes.
