At the conclusion of each thematic lesson, there is a short version of the practice called “A Person Just Like Me.”

This compassion practice invites students to recognize the common humanity they share with others, beginning with other students in the classroom.

There is a PJLM version that builds on the message of each theme: Here at the T theme lesson, the version is longer and may be used with LK or somewhere else in the course of the program.
