The entire curriculum can be found in the L2B manual published by New Harbinger. The second edition has been expanded to include much more detail as well as trauma-informed adaptations. In addition to the material in the book, other resources are available. These include student workbooks and audio files for mindfulness practices, templates for BREATHE classroom posters and wallet cards. Additional materials to assist teachers, like a self-rating scale, program fidelity checklists, and some assessments can be downloaded. L2B is currently available in Spanish and Chinese.
